So, I’m in love with the mustard I’ve planted. It’s plain old yellow mustard (better than the bottled stuff). It has a nice spicy bite to it and goes wonderfully raw with salads and sandwiches. You can add it in your cooking too. They also add beautiful yellow color to any vegetable garden. You can eat the entire thing. The leaves and flowers taste great! Stay calm and plant on!
Sooooo…..I make no excuses for not writing…..because no one wants to hear it anyway. My phone is being horrible and self deleted all my pretty pictures of the places I went where I had some darn good grilled cheese. Oh well…..no pictures. I’m probably going to have to do some serious memory searching in my brain. Pictures always help me and now I don’t have most of them. I finally mastered the art of actually having the cheese melt on my own grilled cheese though, so that’s a plus. It was delicious. I used pepper jack and Gouda chipotle cheese from my local supermarket deli. The bread was all natural and made of flaxseed. As a side dish, I sorta fried some salad mixed greens. Yes, the lettuce stuff. I added salt and fresh lemon juice to it and it tasted supreme.
