Finally…

Sooooo…..I make no excuses for not writing…..because no one wants to hear it anyway. My phone is being horrible and self deleted all my pretty pictures of the places I went where I had some darn good grilled cheese. Oh well…..no pictures. I’m probably going to have to do some serious memory searching in my brain. Pictures always help me and now I don’t have most of them. I finally mastered the art of actually having the cheese melt on my own grilled cheese though, so that’s a plus. It was delicious. I used pepper jack and Gouda chipotle cheese from my local supermarket deli. The bread was all natural and made of flaxseed. As a side dish, I sorta fried some salad mixed greens. Yes, the lettuce stuff. I added salt and fresh lemon juice to it and it tasted supreme.
